Tom frequently appears on behalf of families at inquests.

Tom’s personal injury practice is dedicated to dealing with Accidents Abroad. He is currently instructed in claims arising from accidents in the United States of America, Jamaica, Mexico, Morocco, Turkey, France, Belgium, Ascension Island, Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan, Australia, Cambodia and Spain. He is a specialist in respect of claims arising under the Package Travel Regulations, the Montreal Convention, the Athens Convention and disputed issues of jurisdiction and applicable law.

In the product liability and consumer rights sphere, Tom is currently instructed in numerous cases in the PIP Breast Implant Litigation. Tom is also instructed in a number of DePuy, Biomet and Stryker Metal on Metal Hip Claims, and the VW diesel emissions Claims.
