David Kuboň

David Kuboň is a co-founder and senior partner of KLB Legal in Prague. His main strength lies in international financial law, given his extensive experience in the law of capital markets, compliance, securities, structured financing, investment funds, damages and class dispute settlement. Indeed, within these fields his firm is one of the most respected in the Czech Republic.

Since graduating from Prague’s Charles University in 2005, David worked for a variety of investment banks and brokers both in the Czech Republic and abroad. Thus, he can be relied upon for his comprehensive knowledge of the financial world and is particularly notable for his work at the international level, as well as being considered an expert in the application of EU Law.

This experience has enabled David to gain a different perspective on damage law, allowing him to understand how big corporations work and giving him privileged insight on how to beat them in Court or how to win satisfactory settlements for his clients.
