Florence Boyer of Cabinet A’Corp at 21, rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine, 75011 Paris, France

Having been practicing law since the year 2000, Florence Boyer is today a partner at Parisian law firm A’Corp. Despite her formation having originally been predominantly in public policy, Florence’s main interest always lay in personal injury as well as medical responsibility law and, as a result, she was able to successfully obtain a specialization in personal injury law in 2004 from the Conseil National des Barreaux, the French Bar Association.

After participating in the first informal meetings of French personal injury lawyers, she unsurprisingly became one of the founding members of ANADAVI, the French association which brings together attorneys who practice in this area.

Today, Florence pursues personal injury claims on behalf of victims, including victims of automobile accidents in France, and is particularly involved in defending the rights of victims who have been infected with the likes of HIV or Hepatitis C as a result of blood transfusions. She works, through a variety of cases, to ensure that victims of work-related injuries or sickness are able to receive fair compensation. Florence also represents the interests of victims of the November 2015 terrorist attacks throughout Paris, including those at the Bataclan theatre.
