Jessica Sandberg

Attorney Jessica Sandberg is one of Sweden’s foremost lawyers in Swedish and international family law. Many of her cases have been both unique and complicated and have therefore attracted a great deal of media attention.

Jessica has had a very interesting and exceptional career path, having spent her initial working years as an in-house legal advisor to international organizations and diplomatic missions. Indeed, she counts NATO, the European Commission, the UN and the Swedish Embassy in Havana among her former employers. In 2005, she went back to the private sector and set up her own Family Law firm in 2011. She currently represents the families of the victims of the 2017 terrorist attack on Drottninggatan in Stockholm.

She is a regular speaker at events on international and child abduction law around the world and has published several articles and legal opinions on the topics.
