Wreck of Oryong 501 Korean ship

This Korean fishing vessel sunk on December 1, 2014, in the Bering Sea. The trawler sank with a crew of at least 60 in number, mostly Indonesians, Filipinos and Koreans. The Oryong 501 is a forty-year-old vessel operated by Sajo Industries of Korea. On December 1, 2014 the international rescue operation managed to recover three Filipinos, three Indonesians and the Russian inspector who was on board the vessel.
