Wrongful death: Silina Pavlakis wins a case against the Greek state for asylum seekers death at a refugee camp.

April 29, 2023. Improvised fire caused death by carbon monoxide in a tent in Moria refugee camp in the Lesvos island to a Syrian and an Egyptian citizen in 2017.

Our member’s firm won the lawsuit filed by the relatives against the Greek State for failure to provide adequate accommodation and decent materials for living and obtained for them by Greek Courts compensation for loss of their relatives.
