US VW 2-liter Settlement Now Final 1

The U.S. MDL Court approved the U.S. Volkswagen settlement applicable to 2-liter cars on 25. October 2016.
Some issues have not been decided yet and are still pending with the US MDL Court including:

  • What to do with the 3-liter cars, and
  • All issues regarding the company Bosch GmbH.

The U.S. settlement only covers cars bought or leased in the United States. CLEAN Foundation is working to obtain fair compensation for all victims affected throughout the rest of the world.
