Global Justice Network attorneys are investigating the tragic air crash of FLYDUBAI Flight 981 in Rostov-on-Dov, Russia, on March 20, 2016. The Boeing 737-800 was flying from Dubai to Rostov when the plane crashed during the process of landing, leading to the death of all 62 persons on board, 55 passengers and 7 members of the crew.
The media has reported that there were very strong winds in the area at the time of the crash. Both black boxes have been recovered and are now in the process of being evaluated by the accident investigation authorities. Particularly before the issuance of a preliminary accident report, it is too soon to be able to evaluate the legal situation, including possible rights and remedies, from the standpoint of victims’ families.
