Sylwia Myśliwska

Sylwia Myśliwska is an attorney at law and partner at Gostynski & Partners in Krakow, Poland. She specializes in issues related to economic and trade law, including white-collar crime.

Sylwia graduated in 2008 from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and, having successfully passed the BAR examination in 2014, is listed on the Attorney’s list of the District Bar Council in Krakow. She has a postgraduate studies diploma in the field of public procurement law from the Warsaw School of Economics.

Providing legal services of an advisory nature, she regularly represents individual and institutional clients before courts, arbitration and administrative bodies. She has handled numerous cases of re-privatization – many of them successfully completed in the form of compensation payments from the National Treasury.
She is also interested in international litigation in the field of human rights and mass torts.

Due to her reputation as an expert in compensation claims, Sylwia is a member of numerous international organizations bringing together lawyers with similar specializations, such as PEOPIL and the American Association for Justice.

Aside from the law, Sylwia is also heavily involved in charitable activities. In particular, she often visits the St Gabriel Home in Tanzania, a sanctuary for the children of imprisoned women.
